A bilingual (Arabic and English) Bahraini, Zainab is a highly dedicated team member who handles HR-related – and other day-to-day administrative – tasks such as processing LMRA and visa-related requests; ensuring recruitment processes are in place and followed; updating and finalising policies and procedures; and administering our employment onboarding process. Zainab is heavily involved in enhancing our in-house induction process and implementing training and development programmes. She also played a major role in the recent implementation of our human resources management system (HRMS) and maintains the portal on a regular basis.
Zainab is an associate member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD (UK)) and holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from EU Business School Barcelona (Spain). She is currently a pursuing a MSc in human resources at DePaul University (US).
