A bilingual (Arabic and English), highly-qualified and internationally educated Bahraini, Zainab is an emerging subject matter expert on a range of human resources issues. In a previous role, she handled HR and other administrative tasks for a professional services firm with over 100 employees, upgrading recruitment processes; updating and finalising policies and procedures; onboarding new employees; enhancing and delivering the induction process; processing LMRA and visa-related requests; and implementing a human resources management system (HRMS).

Zainab is an associate member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD (UK)) and holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from EU Business School Barcelona (Spain). She is currently a pursuing a MSc in human resources at DePaul University (US).
