Hasan Yusuf is an emerging Bahraini subject matter expert across a wide range of regulatory compliance matters concerning conventional and Islamic banks, insurance companies and listed businesses. At Keypoint, he has played a crucial role in FRC projects ranging from independent compliance reviews and AML risk assessments to FATCA/CRS compliance and corporate governance engagements. Prior to joining Keypoint, he developed significant know your customer (KYC) expertise while working at one of Bahrain’s leading conventional banks.

Bilingual (Arabic and English), Hasan holds a BSc in accounting from the University of Bahrain and is a certified anti-money laundering specialist (CAMS). In 2023, he was awarded the international diploma in governance, risk and compliance (Int.Dip(GRC)) by the International Compliance Association (ICA).
