As a senior member of Keypoint’s management consulting team, Arslan’s core skills include building financial models, calculating business valuations, performing due diligence, allocating purchase prices, advising on mergers and acquisitions, developing corporate strategy and executing public-private partnership mandates.
Before joining the Keypoint group, he worked as a senior analyst, focused on the technology, steel, FMCG, automotive, real estate, energy, education and manufacturing sectors across the GCC, in the USA, Singapore and Pakistan, advising on debt restructuring and corporate strategy; developing feasibility reports and business plans; and developing, articulating and executing strategic plans. With a background in professional services, Arslan is ACCA-Member and a CFA level III candidate.
