The candidate is responsible to:
- Seeking an Executive Account Manager – Business Development for a leading insurance company based in Bahrain
- Help and service customers through email, phone, online, presentation, screen-share and in persons meetings
- Develop a trusted advisor relationship with customers
- Communicate clearly the progress of monthly / quarterly initiatives to your direct manager
- Formulating sales strategies for different products and focusing on expanding the companies market share in the SME’s and corporate clients with your direct manager
- Conduct the required sales activities and continuously identifying future opportunities
- Meet with corporate customers on regular bases to build long-lasting relationships and to assesses the customer feedback toward’ s the company’s services and solutions. Discuss and understand customers evolving need to provide solutions serving their needs
The candidate must have:
- Bachelor’s Degree in related field
- Proven Work Experience in Business Development or in similar role.
- Candidates with Insurance background are preferred
- Minimum of 5 years of experience
Bahrain based candidates are preferred.
