Consultant – Letting & brokerage

Job responsibilities

• The ideal candidate must have sound knowledge and prior working experience as a property consultant, with a solid network in Bahrain.
• Must be able to evaluate client’s needs and market capabilities to provide appropriate suggestions.
• Be able to advise landlords for property owners and help them better understand the market.
• Be up to date with market trends, demographics and information that affects property selling.

Job requirements

• Knowledge and experience in the real estate industry in Bahrain.
• Relevant diploma or Bachelor’s degree.
• Excellent communication skills in English and preferably Arabic, both written & oral.
• Excellent negotiation skills.
