Brand Sales Manager | Marine

Seeking a Brand Sales Manager (Marine) for one of the leading Marine group in UAE:

Core responsibilities:

• Meet and exceed revenue targets as established by management, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
• Establishing and monitoring sales goals for market share and growth and developing actionable strategies to achieve these objectives.
• Building and maintaining a robust pipeline of leads and prospective customers through various outreach techniques.
• Analyzing business needs and market trends to identify new opportunities, conducting research and formulating strategic market analyses.
• Developing and implementing plans for advertising, sales promotion, and public relation to enhance brand visibility and drive sales.

The incumbent must have a:

• Bachelor’s degree in sales and marketing or business management.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in retail and services specifically in marine industry.
