Job Opportunity in the Kingdom of Bahrain
One of our clients, a leading International Food Company is seeking to hire the following position:
Demand Planning & Customer Service Manager | Middle East & Africa region
Core Responsibilities:
- Ensuring effective day-to-day operations, address customer’s needs, and delivery status.
- Evaluating, documenting complaints and maintaining records.
- Overseeing returned goods and manage stock handling processes
- Supporting sales administration and reporting, including updating Products & Logistics data for new products or changes.
Candidate must have:
- Bachelors in Supply Chain is a must; Master’s degree is preferred
- Strong interpersonal skills and effective communication with all stakeholders
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in Customer Service or Demand Planning role
