Operational Excellence:

  • Support HR consultancy projects (e.g., HR strategy, policies, performance management).
  • Conduct industry research and apply best practices to projects.
  • Maintain client relationships and deliver high-quality service.
  • Prepare client proposals and correspondence.
  • Manage project finances and invoicing.
  • Contribute to business development and revenue generation.
  • Ensure efficient project execution and administrative tasks.
  • Support Director on various HR consultancy assignments.

Experience & Qualifications

  • 3-5 years HR experience with a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
  • Preferred: HR professional certification (CIPD, SHRM, etc.).
  • Strong knowledge of Bahrain labor laws and regional HR best practices.

Skills

  • Consulting experience and skills (analysis, data collection, solution development, report writing).
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent communication and computer skills (Microsoft Office).
  • Team player with a learning mindset.
