At Keypoint, Maryam has developed broad expertise across a variety of business solutions, including the establishment of different category of businesses in different economic sectors and the drafting (in English and Arabic) of business-related documentation. She has a particular focus on both governance and compliance, devoting a significant amount of time and effort to our corporate secretarial function. Before joining Keypoint, she worked as a legal trainee at a leading international conventional bank and a regional Islamic bank, giving her a different insight into the legal aspects of the financial services industry. Maryam graduated from the Royal University for Women (Bahrain) with a bachelor’s degree in law.
