With approximately 10 years of trust experience, Bashayer is widely recognised as a leading Bahraini subject matter expert on a broad variety of trust and investment administration issues. She has recently been a key administrator of a high-profile initial public offering (IPO), as well as working on strategic engagements for one of the world’s leading alternative investment managers and a leading telecom provider’s long-term incentive programme. Bashayer has also worked on employee savings schemes and trust structures for both shari’a-compliant and conventional financial institutions. A multi-lingual Bahraini who graduated with a BSc in International Studies from the AMA International University (Bahrain), Bashayer previously worked in industry as a financial administrator.
