Senior Manager – Learning & Development (L&D)
One of our clients, a leading Investment group, is seeking a L&D expert who is:
Responsible for:
- Designing, implementing and managing comprehensive L&D strategy and programs
- Conducting needs assessments to identify skill gaps and training opportunities
- Collaborating with department heads to understand their training requirements and develop tailored solutions
- Designing, developing, and delivering a variety of training programs, including workshops, seminars, e-learning courses, and on-the-job training
- Facilitating training sessions and workshops
- Identifying high-potential employees and develop career development plans
- Tracking and measuring the impact of training programs on employee performance and organizational outcomes
The candidate must have:
- Minimum of Bachelor’s degree in HR field or a related field
- Masters or professional HR certification is preferred
- Experience in financial/investment company
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in L&D
