Seeking a Senior Consultant – Human Capital for a leading consulting firm.
The candidate is responsible to:
- Assist in driving projects relating to areas of HR Consultancy, such as HR Strategy & Policies and Procedures, Organizational Diagnostic Review, Competency Framework, Psychometric assessments, Performance Management Review, Succession Planning, Job Evaluation & Grading, Compensation & Benefits Benchmarking, etc.
- Conduct extensive research of engagement client industry and assessing the best HR practices in the region and applying these to the projects.
- Maintain positive business relationships with existing clients, in order to gain a better understanding of their HR needs and requirements and in turn provide a high level of service and gain recurring business from them.
- Draft business correspondences, such as emails, letters, proposals, etc. for and to clients.
- Assist with preparation of fee notes for client engagement and follow-up with clients for collection
- Work towards targets set and agreed by the Director, a value to be billed to clients or business leads generated, in order to contribute to the profitable growth by assisting in identifying new assignments and business for the department.
- Ensure client engagements are executed in an efficient manner. Identify and follow up on opportunities to provide new services.
The candidate must have:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Human Resources or similar from a reputed University or educational institution.
- Professional qualification (pursuing or attained) such as CIPD, SHRM, etc is preferred.
- 2 – 5 years of experience in the field of HR
- Good understanding of the Bahrain Labour Law and other relevant laws and HR best practices in the region
- Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines and resolve problems.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient computer skills – Microsoft office.
