Product Manager | Banking | Kingdom of Bahrain

Our client, a leading retail Islamic bank is seeking an experienced Product Manager who will be responsible for the entire lifecycle of the bank’s products, with a focus on Wealth Management, Investment, and Private Banking Products.  This role is open to Bahraini nationals only.

Responsibilities include:

• Collaborate on product ideas and ensure alignment with bank strategy
• Develop business plans and customer value propositions
• Create all necessary product documentation
• Launch wealth products, preferably Islamic banking offerings
• Experience setting up wealth systems and developing digital wealth offerings.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.  FAP qualification is preferred
• 10+ years of experience, with 5+ in a similar role
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (English and Arabic)
• Good analytical and numerical skills
• Good project management skills
