Office Manager:
A leading international events management company is looking for an Office Manager (Bahraini national) to join their growing team in the Kingdom of Bahrain. The office manager will be the central point of communication, ensuring seamless operations and providing meticulous support for high-profile international events.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing office communications and processes
- Liaising with stakeholders, including head office, service providers, and finance
- Providing direct support to the CEO for events delivery
- Managing event participation and logistics
- Ensuring a premium experience for all customers
- Maintaining critical databases
- Coordinating with government entities and 5* hotels
We’re looking for:
- A proactive team player with excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong computing skills (Excel, Word, presentations)
- A flexible, detailed, and positive attitude with strong decision-making abilities
