Chief Project Development

Seeking a Chief Project Development for a leading Asset Management company.

The candidate is responsible to:

• Formulate and lead the implementation of the project and development projects strategies in line with the vision, mission, and corporate objectives;
• Develop an integrated business plan that optimizes market share and profitability of existing development projects
• Review the five-year real estate facility plan ensuring it is aligned with the strategic plans
• Conduct a strategic review of performance on a regular basis to determine whether the Project and Development department is meeting its short and long-term objectives
• Carry out technical review of all proposals to ensure accurate pricing of RFP’s and compliance with the set requirements and standards;
• Approve the established procedures and processes to ensure all projects are delivered on time and on budget;
• Ensure timely completion of the investment and development within the established budget, schedule, and required investment returns;
• Identify and evaluate project development opportunities including risk analysis, economic evaluation and decision criteria

 The candidate must have:

• Bachelors in Project Management, Civil Engineering, or equivalent
• Certification(s) in Project Management Professional (PMP) or Contracts Management
• Minimum 15 years of professional experience in related field
• Knowledge of all technologies associated with project management.
• Knowledge of Microsoft office products and technical / architecture related applications
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong interpersonal and analytical skills
• Tact, persuasion and negotiation skills while dealing with stakeholders
