We have been engaged by a dynamic Islamic insurance company to identify an experienced, qualified, hands-on CFO to lead its finance & accounts function and oversee financial reporting, strategic planning and day-to-day operations. This pivotal role requires a self-motivated leader with a strong finance background and a solid understanding of insurance, takaful and AML/CFT obligations.

Key qualifications:

• Qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CPA or equivalent)
• Senior-level finance experience within insurance
• Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting
• CBB-approved person preferred
• Advanced analytical and organisational skills
