Chief Executive Officer

Seeking a Chief Executive Officer for a Manufacturing company.

The candidate is responsible to:

 Lead the company and drive growth;

• Manage any new and upcoming logistics operations to be initiated;
• Develop and maintain relationships with specifiers (architecture consultants, real estate developers) to ensure company products are specified;
• Ensure regular and accurate financial reporting; and review budget, sales forecasting, and follow-up on budget adherence;
• Addresses all staff issues, including assessments, career development, and training;
• Oversee product development and enhancement, ensuring processes are followed properly;
• Lead the continuous development of logistics operations to ensure maximum efficiency, availability, and delivery;
• Manage the company’s ERP and CRM systems to support growth and positioning; and oversee the roadmap and vision for future development of ERP and CRM systems;
• Manage the relationship with the parent company and ensure proper communication, reporting and coordination with the parent company.

The candidate must have:

 Masters in Business Administration or equivalent relevant degree; and technical studies such as engineering would be a plus.

• Minimum 10 years of experience in a leading position managing teams in sales, operations and business development. Work experience with a multinational corporation would be a plus.
• Must have strong leadership and strategic thinking abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong financial acumen and experience with budget management.
• Good understanding of IT infrastructure and systems.
