Chief Executive Officer | HVAC/Electro-mechanical

A prominent company based in Bahrain is seeking a visionary, results-driven CEO to lead its dynamic team. If you have extensive leadership experience in the HVAC/electro-mechanical industries, this is a unique opportunity to drive strategic growth and operational excellence.

About the role:

As CEO, you will be a key leader in upholding the company’s legacy of excellence and customer-centric delivery. This role demands a forward-thinking executive who can navigate the complexities of large-scale projects and the GCC business landscape.

Key responsibilities:

• Drive vision and growth: Lead the company’s strategic direction, ensuring long-term profitability and sustainable growth
• Oversee operations: Provide strategic planning and financial oversight for large-scale projects, upholding high standards of engineering and operational excellence
• Ensure compliance: Maintain strict adherence to corporate governance principles, regulatory requirements and risk mitigation strategies
• Manage P&L: Take full ownership of the company’s profits and losses, driving financial performance and efficiency

Requirements:

• A minimum of 15 years of leadership experience, with at least five years at a CEO or equivalent
• A bachelor’s degree in mechanical/electrical engineering
• A deep understanding of the GCC business landscape and regulatory requirements.
