- Set-up and oversee HR & Admin department
- Lead, manage and direct the work of the HR & Admin team
- Prepare and present the HR budget
- Prepare and ensure implementation and compliance of HR Policies and Procedures
- Liaise with legal, internal audit, corporate governance personnel to ensure all requirements are met
- Implement the recruitment, training and development plan in a timely manner
- Implement the employees recognition and welfare programs
- Initiate the performance review plans in coordination with the department heads
- Maintain and update the organisational structure, initiate special surveys, reviews and studies, as required
- Execute payroll, remunerations, compensation and benefit schemes as per the approved policies and procedures
- Review and approve LMRA, SIO related payment and office admin expenses to relevant parties
- Ensure office & IT supplies with close coordination with IT
- Provide ad-hoc HR and Admin services to other departments as and when required
