Having joined our corporate advisory function in 2018, Maryam has developed considerable expertise across a variety of business areas, including the establishment of different category of businesses in different economic sectors and the drafting (in English and Arabic) of business-related documentation – with a particular focus on CBB-regulated financial institutions.
Before joining Keypoint, she worked as a legal trainee at a leading international conventional bank and a regional Islamic bank, giving her a different insight into the legal aspects of the financial services industry. Having originally studied business, Maryam graduated from the Royal University for Women (Bahrain) with a bachelor’s degree in law.
