Malak is a bilingual (Arabic and English) Bahraini who uses her extensive knowledge and experience to support new clients with business needs as well as existing clients with drafting and reviewing constitutional documents and various types of agreements. Malak – throughout her years with Keypoint – has worked closely with regulators such as the Ministry of Industry and Commerce (MOIC), the Central Bank of Bahrain (CBB) and other regulatory authorities while working on the incorporation, restructuring and liquidation of a range of different businesses. She has worked across a wide range of sectors, including healthcare, the industrial sector, hospitality businesses and financial institutions.
With an LLB from the University of Bahrain, Malak is currently completing an MSc in law at the same university.
