A bilingual (Arabic/English) Bahraini lawyer who has worked with Keypoint since 2022, Fay has developed significant corporate advisory experience, including incorporating, structuring and restructuring Bahrain-incorporated businesses; aligning corporate governance with regionalised leading practice and local legal requirements; and advising on compliance requirements around board and shareholders’ meetings. She has also advised on regulatory approvals; drafted legal documents (in both English and Arabic); arranged to have legal documents notarised; and assessed the accuracy and completeness of information on corporate records.
Fay graduated from the University of Bahrain with a law degree (LLB) and completed her master’s in private law at the same university in 2025.
