  • Set-up and oversee HR & Admin department
  • Lead, manage and direct the work of the HR & Admin team
  • Prepare and present the HR budget
  • Prepare and ensure implementation and compliance of HR Policies and Procedures
  • Liaise with legal, internal audit, corporate governance personnel to ensure all requirements are met
  • Implement the recruitment, training and development plan in a timely manner
  • Implement the employees recognition and welfare programs
  • Initiate the performance review plans in coordination with the department heads
  • Maintain and update the organisational structure, initiate special surveys, reviews and studies, as required
  • Execute payroll, remunerations, compensation and benefit schemes as per the approved policies and procedures
  • Review and approve LMRA, SIO related payment and office admin expenses to relevant parties
  • Ensure office & IT supplies with close coordination with IT
  • Provide ad-hoc HR and Admin services to other departments as and when required
