A leading real estate development company in the Kingdom of Bahrain is seeking to recruit a Head of Sales who will lead the sales team, develop strategies, and successfully achieve targets.

Key responsibilities

  • Develop/implement high-impact sales strategies aimed at achieving revenue targets and expanding market presence
  • Lead negotiations with clients, successfully closing deals to maximise profitability
  • Prepare/manage the annual sales budget and forecast, ensuring the achievement of the approved business plan
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, competitive positioning, and mitigate sales-related risks
  • Lead the proactive identification/development of sales leads

Qualifications

  • Minimum bachelor’s degree (MBA preferred) in business administration or a relevant professional qualification
  • At least 8 years of sales leadership experience in the investment or real estate industry, with a proven track record of driving revenue growth
  • Exceptional negotiation, communication and interpersonal skills, with proficiency in CRM software and a strong understanding of real estate market dynamics
