One of our clients, a leading hospitality & leisure group (in the Kingdom of Bahrain) is seeking to hire the following position:

FINANCE DIRECTOR

Core responsibilities:

  • Managing all financial aspects of the company and reporting directly into the General Manager, with indirect reporting levels to the Board of Directors.
  • Responsible to prepare and present budgets, financial plans, business plans, feasibility studies and other finance related documents
  • Managing the financial performance of the company which includes managing the finance/accounting team, development of accurate financial reporting structures and policies & procedures manuals, procurement and tendering process, financial audit and technology related to company’s financial data processing, control and advise on IT solutions.
  • Managing all compensation and benefits programs such as payroll, liaising with HR, finance staff training programs and defining their KPIs & talent development

The incumbent must have a:

  • Bachelor’s in accounting or finance
  • Professional accounting qualification such as ACCA, CPA or CFA, etc
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in senior finance/accounting role in hospitality/leisure industry is required
