Seeking a Director – Human Resources for a leading Customer Service Outsourcing company
The candidate is responsible to:
- Direct and oversees all recruitment, interviews, and training activities in the department;
- Direct and oversees the daily workflow of the department;
- Evaluate and provide constructive and timely performance evaluations;
- Direct and oversee all activities related to discipline and termination of employees in accordance with company policy;
- Collaborate with leadership team / top management to understand the organization’s goals and strategy related for recruitment, and retention of employees;
- Support management by providing human resources advice, counsel, and decisions;
- Plan and implement HR policies, processes, initiatives, and surveys to support the organization’s human resource compliance and strategy need;
- Implement appropriate methodology and procedures to ensure effective, efficient, and economic operations;
The candidate must have:
- Bachelors in Human Resources, Business Administration or relevant field;
- Masters in Human Resources will be a plu
- CIPD, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP highly preferred.
- Minimum 10 years of human resource management experience
- Proven experience in managing HR/People Operations
- Excellent knowledge of employment legislation, regulations, human resource management principles and best practices
- Knowledge of data analysis and reporting
- Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate.
