Seeking a Director – Human Resources for a leading Customer Service Outsourcing company

The candidate is responsible to:

  • Direct and oversees all recruitment, interviews, and training activities in the department;
  • Direct and oversees the daily workflow of the department;
  • Evaluate and provide constructive and timely performance evaluations;
  • Direct and oversee all activities related to discipline and termination of employees in accordance with company policy;
  • Collaborate with leadership team / top management to understand the organization’s goals and strategy related for recruitment, and retention of employees;
  • Support management by providing human resources advice, counsel, and decisions;
  • Plan and implement HR policies, processes, initiatives, and surveys to support the organization’s human resource compliance and strategy need;
  • Implement appropriate methodology and procedures to ensure effective, efficient, and economic operations;

The candidate must have:

  • Bachelors in Human Resources, Business Administration or relevant field;
  • Masters in Human Resources will be a plu
  • CIPD, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP highly preferred.
  • Minimum 10 years of human resource management experience
  • Proven experience in managing HR/People Operations
  • Excellent knowledge of employment legislation, regulations, human resource management principles and best practices
  • Knowledge of data analysis and reporting
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate.
