Seeking a Chief Financial Officer for a leading Customer Service Outsourcing company
The candidate is responsible to:
- Define a structural process to set pricing;
- Monitor macroeconomic developments and their impact on business performance;
- Ensure the existence of effective internal controls, including robust planning systems;
- Keep work processes and systems up to date and efficient to support value creation;
- Manage all the reporting processes on annual revenue targets for remedial measures;
- Monitor fluctuations in budgets and budgetary forecasts;
- Implement appropriate methodology, and procedures to ensure effective, efficient and economic operations;
- Analyse business requirements and service improvements;
- Contribution to corporate strategy and formulate finance strategies, plans, and objectives;
The candidate must have:
- Professional qualification in Accounting or Finance
- Minimum 10 years of experience in finance functions.
- Strong leadership capability with short and long term planning.
- Excellent knowledge of company and country policies related to financial procedures.
- Excellent knowledge of competition and trade prices and margin structure.
- Ability to read and evaluate market business trends.
