Senior Consultant – Technology Consulting

Operational Excellence:

• Enhancing and maintaining a sound understanding of the technical aspects of projects and IT service line’s offerings
• Drafting proposals and drawing up project plans with the set guidelines and regulations
• Enhancing specialist knowledge on subject matter areas assigned within the IT service line
• Building and maintaining contact portfolio with client
• Building a business relationship with relevant government officials and clients over time
• Planning assignments in a systematic and organized manner and maintaining effective time and project management skills for all assigned tasks
• Maintaining daily time records of engagements executed
• Managing risk to the firm by adhering to the risk management policies and procedures
• Complying with the firm’s training
• Ensure allocated tasks are executed in accordance with Company methodology, guidance and professionalism
• Ensure technical correctness of all assigned work products/deliverables

Experience & Knowledge:

• 3+ years of experience with a Bachelors Degree in IT/Computer science/Engineering or equivalent other technical qualifications from a recognized University
• Information Tech/specialization related certification (CISA, CyberSec, SOC certification, etc) is essential
• Develop technical competence in the specific area of ITC services assigned
• Demonstrate the underlying technical attributes expected for the grade
• Develop in-depth understanding of technical standards applicable to services assigned
• Possess good report writing skills
• Possess professional presentation and communication skills
• Demonstrate ability to work under pressure and resolve problems
• Attain strong interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and drive change in a collaborative way both internally and externally
• A team player with the willingness to learn and develop technical knowledge
