About the service line:
Our Management Consulting service line specialises in various advisory services including strategic business planning, due diligence, financial analysis and business valuations, policy and procedure development, best use studies, profitability and performance improvement analysis, market research and feasibility studies, operational efficiency and leadership and change management.
Responsibilities:
- Client engagement: Engage with clients to understand their needs and tailor proposals; act as a point of contact for day-to-day client interactions; build strong relationships; support client satisfaction
- Project support/delivery: Enhance/maintain sound understanding of role’s technical aspect; prepare/support timely completion of various client deliverables; lead specific workstreams as directed
- Presentation/reporting: Prepare/deliver high-quality deliverable and proposals for clients and other stakeholders
- Technical knowledge: Keep current on relevant leading practice; enhance specialist knowledge on assigned subject matter areas; develop market knowledge; stay current on advancements and solutions related to service line/solution area
- Data analysis/insight: Analyse and benchmark data to support insight supporting strategic recommendations and other client deliverables
- Solution design: Contribute to the development of relevant frameworks, policies and tools tailored to client needs
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in banking and finance, accounting or similar from a reputable university or educational institution
Skills:
- Proven experience of building/analysing financial models
- Strong analytical, communication, team leadership, mentoring and organisational skills
- Team player able to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Excellent communication and report writing skills
- Highly proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook and SharePoint)
Experience:
- At least four years of relevant consulting experience
