We are looking for an experienced, enthusiastic IT administrator to join our internal IT administration team.
Role summary:
- Design/manage Keypoint’s technology infrastructure
- Support internal users operating day-to-day IT operations
- Work with our internal information security team to proactively identify/patch vulnerabilities
- Comply with regulatory directives and internal/external policies and procedures
Responsibilities:
- Manage users – including providing/revoking access to Keypoint systems
- Manage configuration of Keypoint’s DLP system
- Manage implementation/configuration of Keypoint’s SOC solution
- Maintain an IT asset inventory
- Maintain telecom/voice communication infrastructure
- Ensure systems are updated regularly for upgrades/patches
- Implement technical safeguards and administrative procedures
- Manage daily operations/IT strategy implementation
- Assess current IT practices/systems and identify improvement areas
- Backup systems regularly and implement appropriate processes and data protection procedures
- Lead helpdesk support and assist staff to reduce disruptions
- Take responsibility for storage planning
- Be responsible for maintaining, configuring and reliably operating systems and servers across the Keypoint group
- Liaise with vendors for basic IT purchases
Qualifications required:
- Bachelor’s degree in IT/Computer science/Engineering or equivalent qualification from a recognised university
- Certified to configure firewalls, switches and other networking components
Experienced required:
- At least three years of experience
- Cloud environment (Azure, AWS) management experience required
- Microsoft Intune/Office 365 deployment/management experience required
