About the service line:

Human Capital Advisory provides a wide range of tailored solutions for businesses including preparing and drafting HR policies and procedures, designing organisation structures, drafting employment contracts, advising on board governance, developing employee incentive programmes and succession planning, benchmarking compensation and benefits, recruiting executives, performing psychometric assessments and background checks, assessing training needs, developing employee engagement surveys and delivering HR workshops.

Responsibilities:

  • Project support: Assist with designing and implementing solutions for clients
  • Research and analysis: Conduct market research for industry leading practices, benchmark studies and data analysis to support recommendations to clients
  • Documentation: Assist with preparing reports, presentations and proposals
  • Client interaction: Participate in client meetings as an observer or note-taker; ensure timely follow-up on action items
  • Compliance and leading practices: Stay updated on industry standards, trends and practices and relevant legislation to support project delivery
  • Administrative support: Assist with/coordinate project logistics, maintain documentation (including tracking billing schedules) and assist with scheduling workshops or training sessions

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources or a related field

Skills:

  • Strong analytical, communication and organisational skills
  • Excellent communication and report writing skills
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint and Word)

Experience:

  • No experience necessary – this is an entry-level role for a fresh graduate
