Group CFO | Dammam | Kingdom of Saudi Arabia

A diversified business group headquartered in the Eastern Province – with subsidiaries across EPC contracting, specialty manufacturing and facilities management – is seeking a Group Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead financial strategy and governance.

Role overview:

• Consolidate monthly P&L, balance sheets and cashflow across the holding company and all subsidiaries
• Manage financial reporting and KPI dashboards for the CEO/board
• Monitor group treasury — cash visibility, inter-company funding, banking relationships and liquidity forecasting
• Lead the annual group budgeting cycle
• Monitor actual performance against budget
• Coordinate external audits across all entities
• Design/enforce a group-wide:
  • Financial control framework
  • Authority matrix
  • Accounting policies

Candidate profile:

• CA/CPA/ACCA/CMA qualified
• 12+ years in finance and accounting – with at least four years in a group/multi-entity role
• Background in EPC/construction/manufacturing/FM a strong advantage
• In-depth knowledge required of:
  • IFRS
  • ZATCA regulations
  • Saudi compliance requirements
• ERP proficiency (SAP, Oracle or Microsoft Dynamics preferred)
• Fluent in English – Arabic an advantage
