Operational Excellence:

  • Carry out research and data collection
  • Structure and document research and data in analytical manner
  • Develop a good understanding of IFRS standards and financial reporting
  • Analyse business and financial statements of businesses across various industries
  • Develop financial models and projections in MS Excel for various assignments related to corporate finance engagements
  • Develop MS Excel models for data and statistical analysis
  • Develop understanding of investment analysis, valuation and assessment for various assets and businesses
  • Assist in preparing complete or part of reports and deliverables for review
  • Develop understanding of business models canvas for various business
  • Develop understanding of operations and process flows across various business functions
  • Develop understanding of CBB rules and guidelines and commercial laws
  • Develop understanding of Enterprise Risk Management (ERM)
  • Adhere to professional standards at work and with clients
  • Develop understanding of client’s requirement and scope of work
  • Assist in developing approaches and methodologies proposals/letters of engagements for small-medium projects
  • Ensure billing activities are performed in an efficient and timely manner
  • Handle all administrative tasks, including organising and managing documents and data
  • Assist and coordinate with the team to meet client requirements, as and when required
  • Complete assigned work and tasks on a timely basis
  • Maintain effective time and project management skills for all assigned tasks
  • Demonstrate strong work ethics and soft skills required while maintaining a positive team spirit and attitude
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of internal methodologies and tools
  • Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to deliver work efficiently and ensure alignment and knowledge sharing
  • Manage small to medium-sized engagements, ensuring quality and timely delivery
  • Mentor and guide junior consultants, providing feedback and support in their development
  • Support business development activities, including proposal writing, client pitches, and scoping exercises
  • Ensure quality assurance across deliverables and adherence to internal review processes

Experience & Knowledge:

  • Proven experience in the relevant field, with at least 4+ years of experience in a consultancy firm
  • A minimum bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Banking and Finance, Accounting or similar from a reputable university or educational institution
  • Proven experience in participating in number of assignments relating to management consulting
  • Knowledge and experience in building financial models
  • Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines and a team player
