Operational Excellence:

  • Apply the standards followed by the ITC service line
  • Lead and coordinate the planning and management of assignments in an effective and efficient manner
  • Ensure engagements are executed in accordance with the Company’s methodologies, guidance and professional standards
  • Ensure the technical correctness of all client deliverables
  • Build and maintain strong business relationships with both clients and government officials
  • Liaising with clients and their representatives for project requirements etc
  • Manage risk to the firm by adhering to the risk management policies and procedures and ensuring significant risks are identified
  • Prepare/review proposals, business correspondences, such as emails, letters, etc. for and to clients, for the department.
  • Contribute to the profitable growth by identifying new assignments and business and exercising marketing techniques in order to attract business from existing clients and build a portfolio of new clients by identifying Possible New Business opportunities
  • Managing risk to the firm by adhering to the risk management policies and procedures
  • Ensuring allocated tasks are executed in accordance with Company methodology, guidance and professionalism
  • Mentor junior staff and develop them technically, adding value to their career – creating ‘champions’ within the team
  • Contribute to the firm’s newsletter, publications, seminars, etc
  • Assist service line leader in pursuing and converting potential clients and projects

Experience & Knowledge:

  • 5 + years of experience in core IT, preferably in the consulting sector and/or providing IT services
  • Minimum bachelor’s degree or equivalent in an IT discipline from a reputable university or educational institution
  • Professional qualification – CISA, CDPSE, SICM, etc. – required
  • Developing and maintaining a sound understanding of the relevant regulatory governances relating to the service line
  • Gain and enhance excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Arabic and English
  • A team player with the willingness to learn and develop technical knowledge of juniors
  • Develop and demonstrate sound project management and supervisory skills
  • Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines and a team player
