One of our clients, a leading educational institute in the Kingdom of Bahrain, is seeking to hire an individual to lead and manage its digital transformation and project management centre. The incumbent must have:
- A bachelor’s degree in business administration, technology, engineering or a relevant field
- Certification in training
- At least eight years of educational administration experience
Core responsibilities:
- Accelerate the organisation’s journey toward a digital operating model
- Manage the institute’s administrative/operational functions, reporting directly to the CEO
- Generate revenues by introducing professional programmes and management courses
- Prepare/manage the annual budget and develop academic-related procedures
- Define KPIs, develop talent and administer the team’s performance appraisal process
- Evaluate the centre’s curriculum
- Maintain relationships with sponsors and external training centres
- Lead business development activities to market/brand institute-related educational services locally and regionally.
