Jay is an experienced management consultant who has focused on due diligence, financial analysis, benchmarking and market entry strategies for over 12 years. His strengths include market, competitive and valuation analysis and financial modelling. Other skills he has developed include go-to-market strategies, cost optimisation, financial statement analysis, financial and operational benchmarking, feasibility studies, target/buyer identification, information memoranda, competitor analysis/positioning and macro-economic analysis. With a ‘Big 4’ background, Jay has worked across Asia for different consulting firms. In his most recent role before joining Keypoint, he worked on carve-out diligence, go-to-market and cost take out engagements.

Jay has an MBA from the International Management Institute (IMI) (Belgium), as well as master’s and bachelor’s degrees in commerce from the University of Pune (India).
