With deep technical expertise, George Campbell was a founder of our tax advisory practice in 2017. Widely recognised as a leading trusted advisor on a range of VAT issues, he helps clients optimise a range of tax systems, tailoring sophisticated solutions that recognise that – with different organisations having different needs – a broad brush approach is no longer appropriate.
George has worked with businesses across the region – with a particular focus on family businesses and the consumer products and retail, automotive, financial services, manufacturing and international trade sectors – to implement and optimise VAT and other business systems for the last five years. With a professional services background, having worked with ‘Big 4’ firms in the UK and across the GCC, George has a master’s degree in economics from the University of Glasgow (Scotland).
