Senior Application Specialist – Application & Development

The candidate is responsible to:

• Seeking a Senior Application Specialist – Application & Development for a leading insurance company based in Bahrain
• Develop and maintain the company’s digital channels efficiently
• Analyze the digital needs of the organization and map into technological solutions that help for further business automation, overhead reduction, and enablement
• Define the various business requirements, map into a documented technical scope of work and manage the requirements delivery
• Investigates, troubleshoots, and resolves applications and databases issues which are reported by the users in line with the defined company’s service level agreement (SLA)
• Handle databases housekeeping activities
• Define routine manual processes and develop solid automation models

The candidate must have:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology or related field.
• Proven Work Experience as an Application Specialist or in similar role.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience
