Clinical Director

Seeking a Clinical Director for a leading Healthcare & Special Educational company

The candidate is responsible to:

• Develop and implement the clinic’s long-term strategy, set goals, and drive growth
• Provide clinical leadership and supervision to the team of BCBAs, therapists, and supervisors
• Develop goals and objectives to establish organizational alignment with the company’s strategy and business plan
• Identify and lead opportunities for organizational enhancement
• Ensure the clinic complies with all relevant laws, regulations, and maintains accreditation and certifications
• Assess and manage risks, ensuring the clinic’s operations are safe and effective
• Ensure clinical capabilities align with the business vision, delivered to high standards
• Continuously evaluate and adjust the strategic plan in response to industry trends and changes\

The candidate must have:

• Bachelors in Psychology or equivalent relevant degree;
• Certification from Behaviour Analyst Certification Board (BACB)
• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Clinical Supervisor
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
