Seeking a Manager to join our Management consulting team, based in the Kingdom of Bahrain.

The candidate is responsible to:

  • Plan and execute MC engagements in line with professional standards, including but not limited to – preparation of business valuations, due diligence, financial forecasts, business plans, policies and procedures manuals, market surveys, financial budgets
  • Prepare proposals/letters of engagements for various MC engagements
  • Review the workings of junior staff , correct and finalise
  • Conduct research – publications, internet etc. – relating to MC engagements
  • Draft deliverables/reports
  • Discuss/present reports to clients
  • Search and understand regulatory requirements and frameworks relating to MC engagements
  • Develop new and refine existing MC products to meet with clients and market requirements yet complying with MC’s risk management policies
  • Participate and contribute at conferences, seminars and author articles in our newsletters and publication
  • Identify and follow up on opportunities to provide new services.
  • Participate in targeted clients’ team meetings with other service lines.
  • Source and manage team members and develop them technically and add value to their career
  • Develops skills and knowledge of the people in his or her group and lives the firms shared culture and values at all times.
  • Mentor new staff in the team, ensuring a structured career path for each with a clearly defined, corresponding training programme.

 

The candidate must have:

  • Strong report writing and presentation skills.
  • Proficient computer skills with advanced skills in MS applications such as Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to create and work on advanced financial models
  • Strong background on financial reporting standards
  • Have strong financial statements and accounts reading, understanding and analysis skills for all type of businesses within various economic sectors
  • In depth knowledge of various methodologies of business valuations
  • Ability to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines
  • At least 5-7 years’ experience with a consulting firm and having executed number of assignments on business valuations, due diligence, financial forecasts, business plans, policies and procedures  manuals and financial budgets.
