Operational excellence:

• Develop/maintain a sound understanding of the technical aspects of projects and ITC’s offerings
• Develop/maintain specialist knowledge of assigned subject matter areas
• Assist managers with drafting proposals and project plans with set guidelines and regulations
• Develop/maintain client contacts
• Plan assignments in a systematic/organised manner
• Maintain effective time/project management skills for all assigned tasks
• Bill/follow-up with clients
• Record time on executed engagements
• Adhere to the firm’s risk management policies and procedures
• Comply with the firm’s training and CPE requirements
• Executed allocated tasks in accordance with the firm’s methodology, guidance and professionalism
• Ensure technical correctness of all assigned work products/deliverables.

The ideal candidate will be expected to:

• Maintain positive business relationships with new/existing clients to gain a better understanding of their needs/requirements
• Utilise their time effectively
• Undertake/assist with other tasks as required

Qualifications and skills:

• Recent bachelor’s degree in IT or relevant field
• Good written and oral communication skills in Arabic and English
• Proficiency across Microsoft Office applications
• Strong analytical, communication and networking abilities
• Excellent project management and research skills
• Ability to work under pressure and within a fast-paced team environment
