Functions she is responsible for include payroll management; secondments, book-keeping & accounting for SMEs and family offices; and administering employee benefit schemes.
Shanta is certified as an internal auditor (CIA (US)) and a management accountant (CMA (US)). She has a BSc in pure science from the University of Calcutta (India) – where she was a silver medallist in financial management – and an MBA from IGNOU (India).
