While drafting corporate documentation in English and Arabic for local and international companies, family conglomerates, international real estate companies and law firms, Nasr advises key decision makers on the legal, market and other risks involved in starting up a business. He has developed strong relationships with government bodies and regulators, including the Ministry of Industry and Commerce; the Ministry of Justice, Islamic Affairs and Waqf; Bahrain’s Economic Development Board; and the Survey and Land Registration Bureau.
Before joining Keypoint, Nasr worked with multinational enterprises, family businesses and law firms and was the board secretary for one of the largest family groups in Africa. He holds a bachelor’s degree in law (LLB) from Cairo University.
