A bilingual (Arabic and English), highly-qualified and internationally educated Bahraini, Zainab is an emerging subject matter expert on a range of human resources issues. In a previous role, she handled HR and other administrative tasks for a professional services firm with over 100 employees, upgrading recruitment processes; updating and finalising policies and procedures; onboarding new employees; enhancing and delivering the induction process; processing LMRA and visa-related requests; and implementing a human resources management system (HRMS).

Zainab is an associate member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD (UK)). She recently completed an MSc in human resources from DePaul University (US) and also holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from EU Business School Barcelona (Spain).
