Job responsibilities

  • Develop HR objectives based on the Hospital’s strategy and initiate programs for the various department.
  • Ensure effective deployment of HR strategies to attract, motivate and retain Doctors and staff.
  • Liaise closely with all division and department heads in order to anticipate, identify and resolve HR related issues.
  • Ensure all HR policies, procedures and practices comply with Hospital and NHR regulations, and are accordance with the Bahrain Labour Law.
  • Develop and maintain HR MIS systems for management reporting.
  • Manage all related HR functions etc.

Educational qualifiations
Bachelor's/Master's dgree in Human Resources management or CIPD qualification.

Experience required

  • Minimum of 8 - 10 year’s relevant experience including 5 years in a health care.
  • Knowledge of Bahrain Labour Laws, GOSI regulations etc.

Competencies required

  • Excellent managerial, leadership, problem-solving and negotiation skills.
  • Should be detailed oriented.
  • Excellent communication skills both written and oral.
