Job responsibilities

  • Responsible for Corporate Secretarial services to Clients in relation to their regulatory responsibilities and best practices in Corporate Governance principles. 
  • Acting as Company Secretary for clients.
  • Arranging directors and shareholder meetings including responsibility for notice, agenda, minutes etc.
  • Advising clients on local corporate secretarial obligations and helping them to comply with such obligations.
  • Maintenance of the clients’ company statutory records.
  • Other adhoc Company Secretarial tasks.

Educational Qualifications  

  • Relevant qualification in Law and/or Business from a recognized university with proven experience as a Company Secretary or in a similar governance role. 
  • A Post Graduate Diploma or equivalent in Applied Corporate Governance would be desired.

Experience required
At least 5 years’ experience in Corporate Secretary Services.
